• Platform: the website encontrar.love and any associated mobile applications.
• Company: TTB Software Development B.V., located at Lagedijk 11A, 2064 KV Spaarndam, The Netherlands (Chamber of Commerce: 77669703, VAT: NL861089364B01).
• User: any natural person who registers and uses the Platform.
• Services: all functionalities offered by the Platform, including profile creation, the compatibility algorithm, messaging and speed dates.
• User Content: any information, text, photograph or material that the User uploads or publishes on the Platform.

These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of our platform. By registering or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, you should not use the Platform.

• You must be at least 18 years old to register.
• You must provide truthful, accurate and up-to-date information during registration.
• You must keep your login credentials confidential.
• You may not create more than one account per person.
• You are responsible for all activity carried out from your account.

encontrar.love is a space for authentic and respectful connections. By using the Platform, you agree to:

• Treat all users with respect and dignity.
• Use the Platform to seek genuine personal connections.

It is not permitted to:

• Post offensive, discriminatory, violent or sexually explicit content.
• Harass, threaten or intimidate other users.
• Use the Platform for commercial, advertising or spam purposes.
• Impersonate another person.
• Use the Platform for illegal or fraudulent activities.
• Attempt to circumvent the Platform's security measures.
• Share personal information of other users without their consent.

By uploading content to the Platform, you declare that you are the owner or have the necessary rights to such content. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, display and distribute your content within the scope of the Services.

All intellectual property rights in the Platform, including design, logos, source code and original content, belong to TTB Software Development B.V. or its licensors.

encontrar.love offers free and paid features. Prices are displayed inclusive of tax where applicable. Subscriptions automatically renew unless you cancel before the renewal date. Purchased credits are non-refundable and non-transferable.

You can cancel your account at any time from your profile settings. If you are a consumer in the EU, you have 14 days from the date of purchase to withdraw and request a full refund, unless you have actively used the premium services during that period. When you delete your account, your personal data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts that violate these rules, without prior notice and without right to refund. We strive to maintain a safe and respectful environment for all users.

• We are not responsible for the behaviour of users outside the Platform.
• We do not guarantee the accuracy of information provided by other users.
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of the Platform.
• Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid for the Services in the last 12 months.

The processing of your personal data is described in our privacy policy. This privacy policy forms an integral part of these terms and conditions.

We may amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. We will notify you of significant changes at least 30 days in advance through the Platform or by email. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of The Netherlands, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence. Disputes are submitted to the jurisdiction of the courts of Amsterdam, The Netherlands. As an EU consumer, you may also use the European Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
